Jack Dorsey spearheads new fund to defend Bitcoin developers against legal action

Former Twitter boss Jack Dorsey is helping to launch a new fund that will help defend Bitcoin developers against litigation. Its first port of call will be to come to the aid of the Bitcoin developers who are being sued by Craig Wright’s Tulip Trading Limited over an alleged “breach of fiduciary duty.” The fund will provide funding for outside counsel. The Kleiman v. Wright trial has come to a close, with the jury deciding in favor of defendant Craig Wright on all but one of the seven counts against him.
